Software Solutions Architect

About the Role

This role is for our client in the software development sector. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement CI/CD pipelines. They will communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The Software Solutions Architect will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, and will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing aligned with organizational goals.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement software solutions using Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop and implement software solutions using Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Work Schedule & Duration

• Hybrid Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable): There is no remote-only option.
• Required onsite days: Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Remote eligible days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Interview Process

The process typically includes an initial screening followed by a 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required). Candidates should join from a laptop and be prepared to share their screen if requested. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of virtual interview to validate candidate. This will be followed by an in-person interview for the 2nd round.
