About the Role
This role is for our client in the IT sector, specifically in the administration department. The Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Scrum Master) will be responsible for facilitating the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The work environment will be fast-paced, and the candidate will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency.
- Provide coaching and training to team members on Scrum methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Strong project management skills, with experience in Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Schedule & Duration
- Duration of the Contract: 12 Months.
- Possibility for Extension: Yes.
- Work Location: Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed.
- Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
