About the Role
This role is for our client in the IT sector, where the successful candidate will work as a Business Analyst, collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing changes to improve business processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, team members, and customers.
- Develop and maintain business cases, proposals, and presentations to support business initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis, including data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, and other project artifacts.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with agile tools, comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and DEV roles/responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience with as-is/to-be processes and content creation.
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio).
- 2+ years of experience in QA.

Work Schedule & Duration
- 1-year contract.
- Hybrid work schedule, with two days of onsite work per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
