About the Role
This role is for our client in the healthcare sector. As a Business Analyst, you will be working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in business analysis, technical background, and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be instrumental in supporting software development IT projects. You will have the opportunity to work on modernizing core functionality of the DBHDS Incident Management System, replacing outdated systems with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to business analysis, including problem/opportunity identification, elicitation of requirements, and management of stakeholders to meet business and project objectives.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team.
- Work with other BSAs, Data Analysts, Business Architect, Development, and Data Governance teams to ensure the needs of these partners are incorporated into project requirements.
- Develop user acceptance tests and facilitate their execution and business validation discussions and meetings.

- Extensive experience leading business and IT resources through the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Ability to lead others to implement new approaches, systems, structures, and methods.
- Strong experience in developing, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
- Experience with automated requirements/development management tools.
- Ability to analyze and document system processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Work Schedule & Duration
- On-site is preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered.
