About the Role

This role is for our client in the IT sector, specifically in the administration department. The Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Scrum Master) will be responsible for facilitating the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The work environment will be fast-paced, and the candidate will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Scrum methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience with Scrum framework, including Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Tools & Technologies

  • Scrum framework.
  • Jira, Asana, or Trello project management tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Work Schedule & Duration

  • Duration of the Contract: 12 Months.
  • Possibility for Extension: Yes.
  • Work Location: Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed.
  • Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Interview Process

The process typically includes an initial screening followed by a virtual interview via Teams.
