About the Role
This role is for our client in the project management sector. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the PeopleSoft Program manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and proven project management experience. They will be responsible for supporting high-level client management, vendors, and agency stakeholders, as well as facilitating project activities, resource management, and issue management.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with high-level client management and vendors.
- Facilitate project activities, as needed.
- Facilitate resource management for projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with agency stakeholders.
- Understand political relationships of key decision-makers.
- Facilitate management of issues and risks from projects to the program.
- Ensure deliverables are developed per defined requirements and timeframe.
- Stay abreast of significant change initiatives.
- Highlight and identify needed program changes.
- Work with IV&V on project/program findings and recommendations.
- Assist with preparation and support for the PeopleSoft Governance Council.
- Perform administrative activities, such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on program status, spending, metrics, requirements, documentation, issues, funding, and risks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.
- PMP certification or the equivalent.
- Proven project management experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and upgrades, specifically PeopleSoft.
- Basic project management and administration processes and principles.

Work Schedule & Duration
- Contract length: 11 months.
- Work arrangement: Onsite.
- Specific onsite requirements: Candidate must be local or willing to commute or relocate.
Interview Process
The process typically includes an initial screening followed by a technical/panel interview via Teams.
