About the Role
This role is for our client in the IT sector, where you will work as a Project Manager to oversee software development projects. You will be part of a fast-paced, cloud-first environment and will be required to work in-office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management and hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience serving as a project manager in a software development environment.
- Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
- Experience working in fast-paced, cloud-first environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- PMP or CPM certifications.

Work Schedule & Duration
- Hybrid Work Schedule (non-negotiable): This position will require in-office work on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
