Salesforce Developer

About the Role

This role is for our client in the IT sector, where the candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the development team to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The impact of this role will be to contribute to the development of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet the client's business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Work with the development team to design and develop Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the client's coding standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce applications and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their needs.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies and collaborate with the development team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule & Duration

• Hybrid Schedule (non-negotiable): This position requires in-office work Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
• Assignment duration: Expected to be a 1 year+ contract, dependent on business need.

Interview Process

The process typically includes an initial screening followed by a technical/panel interview via Teams.
